Welcome to our AMP Drive page! We are so excited about how the Lord continues to use FCA Endurance within the endurance community and thankful for how He is working through His people and this drive to fund His work. We invite you to prayerfully read through the drive details below, seek the Lord regarding how He would work through you, and respond with faith and obedience. We pray that your giving blesses you personally, and that you have a little fun with this event!
What is AMP?
AMP stands for Automatic Monthly Partner. This is a giving option within FCA that allows individuals to give automatically each month via either a checking account or credit card. Giving automatically blesses the giver by ensuring a gift is made without requiring any extra time or postage. It also blesses our ministry by providing a more regular funding base on which we can operate and budget from. It also saves FCA staff administrative time that could otherwise be directed to other areas of ministry need.
Why the AMP Drive?
FCA Endurance is funded by the Lord, primarily through individuals who are called to support our work. As we approach the end of FCA Endurance’s fiscal year (Sept-Aug), we are asking for God to provide the necessary funds to finish our year "in the black", as He has graciously allowed us to do every year thus far. We are also working on next year's budget, and desire to step out in faith as the Lord guides. By knowing we've got committed support coming in, we can plan and budget faithfully, yet responsibly.
The AMP Drive is our way of promoting this giving option in the hopes of finishing our year strong and building a solid financial base for the coming year.
Financial Update:
The current year’s budget was approved at $119,988. This includes salary, ministry administrative costs, resource development, ministry programs, and infrastructure. While our total number of givers and gifts has gone up during the year (praise the Lord and thank you faithful Teammates), we are still projecting a deficit of between $5-10,000, dependant upon pledge fulfillment. This deficit is likely due in part to our growing budget, reflective of the costs associated with a growing ministry (for example, we added a second part-time staff member this year).
Our Goal:
We are looking for 28 or more Teammates who are willing to commit to regular giving through the AMP program, providing FCA Endurance with an additional $1890 per month to operate on. Here is what we’re praying for:

In addition, we are praying for $10,000 in one-time gifts, knowing that the AMP isn't the best option for some who feel called to give.
These gifts not only cover our projected expenses for this year, but give us a solid jump start towards next year!
Why Give?
The Lord has continued to bless FCA Endurance in amazing ways, demonstrating His faithfulness to both our initial and our ongoing vision. He has grown our ministry team, our Huddles, our level of preparation, and our our opportunities! The Lord continues to guide and achieve our Unite and Equip strategies, and we ask for you to partner with us in this work!
Unite Nationally- Christian endurance athletes continue to be called to our vision of impacting the endurance community for Jesus -- together. FCA Endurance provides the framework and infrastructure to fuel this. We desire to continue to see our Team grow in size, but more importantly, in unity and focus. This is happening through online community (if you're not on our Yahoo Group, you're missing out!), online tools, and ministry events around the country.
Unite Locally- We appreciate the value and necessity of relationships, both for evangelism and discipleship. Huddles provide this opportunity. Our number of Huddles continues to grow, and their activity and outreach is as well. We want to see this continue and are taking active steps to equip Huddle Leaders and Huddles to be blessed and successful.
Equip the Team- We appreciate the amazing resource that the Lord is bringing together through the above... a united Team of His servants in our community. We want to steward that by helping equip our members to effectively share their faith in Jesus Christ through endurance sports. As such, we are developing the Endurance Ministry Institute (EMI), which is charged with doing this through local conferences and online resources.
Why give? Because accomplishing the above calling of God requires God's resources. As our Team, opportunities, and responsibilities grow; so does our financial need. This vision is happening already, and we need the Team's help to continue to meet and grow our infrastructure to support such a growing vision!
The Fun Part of the Drive - Prizes!
We desire for your giving to be a sincere and joyous act of worship between you and our Heavenly Father. With that said, we thought it would be fun to involve some of our Teammates and Corporate Partners in this drive, to both reward action and have a little fun! As such, we've got some prizes to give away:
To the first 10 people who join our AMP program at the $50/month level (or greater) or increase their current AMP by 50/month, Valley Bike and Ski will give a FCA Endurance dry wicking shirt, water bottle, and decal kit!
The next person who commits to an AMP for $100/month or higher will recieve a Hammer clothing kit! This includes a: tri or cycling top, shorts or bibs (Voler), arm warmers, and 1 pr of socks, up to $125.00!

Huddle fun: On August 27, the Huddle with the highest number of givers per capita will receive a "Ministry Outreach Kit." This includes: 20 FCA New Testaments, 50 SUTL Tracts, 100 FCA-E Tri Checklists, 100 Brochures, 100 Web Referral Cards, and 30 of our Team water bottles!
